Shannen is ICTI’s Head of Training and has 5+ years of experience as a trainer and behaviorist, and 10+ years of experience with animals professionally. She earned a certification in Applied Animal Behavior from the University of Washington and specializes in reactivity, separation anxiety, obedience training, and service dog training! 

She and her 4-year-old Golden Retriever, Chance, live together in sunny San Diego and spend their days visiting the dog beach, trying new restaurants, and going on long hikes. 

They’ll be with you through every step of your first aid & CPR journey, so give her a shout if you need an extra hand (or paw) throughout the program.
